In order to create your holiday home, in 2021 we started to renovate the rooms. Experience a unique symbiosis of tradition and modernity. The eye-catching building is located in the middle of its own orchards. The tranquility of a village with 2,500 inhabitants and the rural flair offers unforgettable hours with family and friends.
Animals are an integral part of life on the farm. They enrich our everyday life and bring movement into routine. Two playful kittens live with us on the farm, two ducklings and about 40 char live in the water reservoir.

At the Nössinghof you live in style and comfort. The new rooms with their comfortable furniture are spacious and relaxing.

We are very well connected to the public transport network! The bus stop is only 100 metres away! Enjoy a car-free holiday.

ROOM 1
For 2 people, approx. 20 m²
In the southern corner there is our double room "Stodl" a special feel-good room with a 180 ° panorama and lots of light. Enjoy the sunrise and the sun in the morning hours in this room. Start the new day with the wonderful view towards the Val Passiria. Equipped with a modern interior, retro bathroom, south-west balcony with morning sun and a wonderful view of the mountain Ifinger and our hay barn, quiet location, cozy beds, safe, hairdryer, WiFi and flat-screen TV.
ROOM 2-3-4
For 2 to 4 people, approx. 24 m²
You will be woken up with the fantastic panorama of Merano: The double rooms with south-facing balconies inspire with elegance and character. In these rooms you will be spoiled by the sun all day long. Enjoy the wonderful view of the Adige Valley from your balcony. Equipped with a modern sleeping area, retro bathroom, wonderful views, quiet location, cozy beds, sofa bed, safe, shower / bathtub, hairdryer, WiFi and flat-screen TV
Lots of sun provide natural light and the panorama guarantee special moments.
ROOM 5
For 2 people, approx. 19 m²
The southern corner location makes our double room "Applefields" a special feel-good room with a 180 ° panorama and lots of day light.
After a beautiful day, you can enjoy the evening sun on your balcony with a splendid view of the apple fields and the Vinschgau Valley. Equipped with a modern interior, retro bathroom, south-east balcony with evening sun and a wonderful view of our apple plantations, quiet location, cozy beds, safe, WiFi, hairdryer and flat-screen TV.
CONDITIONS

The prices vary from 60,- Euro to 63,- Euro (depends on the season) and are per person per night (including breakfast) for a stay of at least 4 nights.

For stays of 1-3 nights, 66 euros per person (breakfast included) per night will be charged.

For single use of a room 80,- to 85,- euros (depends on the season) per night (breakfast included) will be charged.

Children: When staying in the parents' room (2 full-paying adults), we grant a reduction of 50% for children from 3 to 6 years and 25% for children from 6 to 12 years. Children under 3 years of age can stay in the parents' room free of charge.

Local tax: Since 2014, there has been a local tax of 2,40 euros per person (aged 14 and over) per night in Dorf Tirol.

Check In: ​​You can move into your booked room after 12 pm. If your trip is delayed and you arrive later than 4 p.m., please let us know.

Check out: On the day of your departure, we ask you to vacate the room by 10.00 am. You are welcome to leave your luggage with us after you check out in case you would like to spend the day in the area.

Your room is officially booked after receipt of a deposit and written confirmation.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you arrive a day late or don't show at all or cancel a booked hotel stay, cancellation fees may apply. We, therefore, recommend you a travel cancellation insurance.
Cancellations up to 30 days before arrival are free of charge. For all cancellations after this date, 70% of the agreed price will be charged. If a room is canceled on the day of arrival or the guest with the reservation does not arrive, 100% of the agreed price will be charged. In the event of early departure, the full time booked will be charged.
During your stay, you can also expect: a possibility to wash and dry laundry, a possible pick-up service if you arrive by public transport (by arrangement), information and brochures on mobility and shopping possibilities and events, a corner where you can buy our homemade products, sports equipment such as hiking poles and backpacks to borrow for your mountain tour!

APPLE TOUR
Why are the irrigation systems switched on in spring when there is frost? Where are South Tyrol's apples exported to? How is apple juice made? Question after question: Farmer Simon will give you the answers and guide you through his own fields.
E-BIKE
You are welcome to take your bicycles with you! Our farm is very well located for getting started by bike: Within 10 minutes you can reach the bike path, which is connected to the countless bike paths in South Tyrol. In the evening you can safely store your bikes in our garage and recharge the batteries.
CULTURE
Dorf Tirol has a lot to offer culturally: numerous palaces, castles and churches fill the hearts of history lovers. The Tyrolean calendar of events is also packed with guided hikes, cooking classes, parties, concerts, wine tastings and much more.
HIKE
Our village is the ideal starting point for hiking and walking. A network of 70 km of hiking trails lead you from botanical promenades at 300 meters above sea level up to the high alpine Spronser Seenplatte at 2700 meters above sea level.
THE SPA TOWN OF MERANO
Merano with an average of 300 days of sunshine per year has already welcomed Empress Sissi. Stroll through the historic arcades, discover the botanical gardens of Castle Trauttmansdorff or stroll along the wonderfully green spa promenade.
CULINARY
In every village you will meet friendly hosts who offer wonderful culinary delights. Each area has its own specialties that are prepared with love and care. Enjoy the perfect fusion between hearty Tyrolean food and Italian cuisine.

Every day you can enjoy a delicious breakfast on our wonderful, south-facing terrace. All of our products are either homemade or come from South Tyrolean producers in our vicinity.

LOCATION
Our farm is located between the town of Merano and the village of Tyrol and is the perfect starting point for leisure, pleasure and active holidays in South Tyrol.
We are on a quiet south-facing slope in the middle of our own orchards. Enjoy the Mediterranean-Alpine flair with fresh mountain air and let your gaze wander over the beautiful spa town of Merano to the fantastic mountain scenery.
Dorf Tirol has a cable car that takes you up to the high alpine terrain in just a few minutes, where you will be greeted by an impressive summit scenery. The views invite you to linger and enjoy. From here, simple hikes but also high-alpine mountain tours start all the way up to the famous Spronser lakes.
There is also an iconic chair lift in the village: float on an armchair over the Tyrolean vineyards directly into the center of Merano.
